Gaze Within does not issue refunds or accept returns. We do offer exchanges for damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at support@gazewithin.biz

Exchanges/Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged (outside of during shipping) or not in its original packaging will not be accepted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gazewithin.biz to initiate the exchange. 

Gaze Within is not responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.

Non-returnable items
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Books
- Online classes
- Opened Tarot decks
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
